Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and materials must be included
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and safety of our products for all enthusiasts, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened paint and adhesive products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Custom or special order items
- Clearance items (as marked on our website)
- Digital products or downloads

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 hours (during business days) with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any special instructions for your specific items
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please pack items securely in their original packaging, including:
- All original boxes and protective materials
- Instruction manuals or documentation
- Any included accessories or parts
- Copy of your return authorization (print and include in package)
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after return processing
- You will receive email confirmation when processed
Refund Information
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

- We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

- Refunds will be in US Dollars, converted at current exchange rates
