  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
    • Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gundam kits (due to licensing restrictions)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 24 hours (during business days) with:

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please pack items securely in their original packaging, including:

  • All original boxes and protective materials
  • Instruction manuals or documentation
  • Any included accessories or parts

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Deductions

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
